Vivor Collective Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vivor Collective. We want to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth and transparent as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.


⏱️ Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Please note that Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

  • Processing Time (4–6 Business Days): This includes order verification, quality checks, tailoring, packing, and forwarding to our logistics partners. This window may extend slightly during high-volume periods, holidays, or promotional events.

  • Shipping Time: This begins once the logistics company picks up your package from our fulfillment centers.


✈️ Estimated Shipping Windows

We ship worldwide to bring you curated selections at the best prices. Estimated delivery times (excluding weekends and public holidays) are detailed below:

📌 Holiday Season Note: Due to high volume during the peak holiday months (October, November, and December), shipping carriers may experience unexpected courier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy seasons.


📦 Separate Packages

Because we partner with multiple global design hubs and fulfillment warehouses to source unique products, items in a single order may occasionally be shipped separately. You might receive multiple tracking numbers and packages if:

  • Certain items are on short-term backorder.

  • Weight restrictions imposed by the post office require splitting the shipment.

  • Your items are being fulfilled from different warehouse locations.


🚫 Order Cancellations & Address Corrections

Because our automated system forwards orders to logistics quickly to minimize delivery times, our windows for changes are strict:

  • Cancellations: You have a strict 30-minute window from the exact time of purchase to cancel your order. After 30 minutes, your order may have already entered the processing phase and cannot be canceled.

  • Address Corrections: Check your confirmation email immediately. If you notice an error or insufficient address details, reply to your confirmation email or Contact Us right away. Once an order is processed, the destination address cannot be altered.


⚠️ Delayed, Unclaimed, or Refused Deliveries

  • Delayed Packages: In rare instances, customs checks or local courier disruptions can extend delivery times. If your tracking information has not updated for more than 30–60 business days, please reach out to us, and we will arrange a replacement package for you.

  • Unclaimed & Undeliverable Orders: Vivor Collective is not responsible for packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout.


🛃 Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your country’s customs authority.

  • All customs fees and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Please consult your local customs agency to understand potential fees before ordering.

  • Customs clearance agents reserve the right to delay packages on rare occasions, which is unfortunately beyond our operational control.


🔄 Damaged Items & Refund Policy

We do not typically offer refunds strictly due to standard shipping durations, as these windows are clearly communicated prior to purchase. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact our support team at Contact Us.

  2. Provide clear photo or video evidence of the damaged product, its original packaging, and your order details.

  3. Our team will review the claim promptly to issue a resolution or replacement.
